We want you to love your purchase from Slowly Studio. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
1. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@slowlystudio.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number.
2. Return conditions
Returned items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

In their original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or damage beyond normal inspection.
3. Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
5. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
6. Non-returnable items
At this time, all our products (journals, postcards, posters, and cards) are returnable under the conditions above.
Personalized or custom-made items (if offered in the future) will not be eligible for return unless faulty.
